Office Rules of Atlas Osteopathic Care

Please do your best to be early and on time. If you show up late to an appointment you will be treated for the remainder of your time slot and no extra time will be allotted. If you are consistently late or missing your appointments your standing in the clinic may be reassessed.

If you are currently involved in an ongoing Motor vehicle accident (MVA) claim, please inform your OMT. You will not be allowed to be treated until the claim has ended. Proof, or a note, will need to be provided.

Treatment can be stopped by you, (the patient), and myself, (the OMT), at any point.

Please wear appropriate, loose-fitting clothing as I will need to move your body around with as much ease as possible.

If you are referred out to your family doctor, a written note or e-mail is required before treatment can resume.

If you miss an appointment and are charged, your claim cannot and will not be processed through insurance. This is fraud.
